Baby First nutrition - Pear and Oats Porridge
Steel-cut Oats with dehydrated pear provides ample fibre for a great bowel movement thus making a happy baby. Use as porridge or to make pancakes.
Ingredients: Steel-cut Oats and Dehydrated Pear
Weight: 200 gms
Appropriate for - 6 months + babies
1. Mix 2tsp of powder with 120ml of water
2. Cook it on medium flame till porridge thickens while stirring continuously
3. Add fruit purees / jaggery powder / milk powder to enhance taste. Serve warm
