Himalayan Brown Rice Flour
Himalayan Brown Rice flour is high in protein and contains a higher level of B vitamins. As the husk of brown rice is left intact, it is a good selection when considering fiber, vitamins and nutrients such as calcium and zinc. Grown in the high valleys of the Kumaon Himalaya, this rice is an old variety that grows best under extreme weather conditions in rain fed areas.
The flour is made using a German holistic Zentrofan Vortex Flour Mill. The innovative vortex technology is designed to mill whole grains below 38 C using a single lava stone thereby preserving all the nutrients of the valuable grains.
Vegetarian and Gluten free, this flour can be mixed with other flours to prepare delicious rotis, dosas, pancakes etc.
