Baby First nutrition - Sprouted Ragi Porridge
Finger Millet or Ragi, one of the richest sources of Iron and Calcium, is an important first food since it is easily digestible and rich in dietary fiber.
Use it as porridge for the infants or make dosas for your older one!
Ingredients: Organic Ragi or Finger Millet
Weight: 200 gms
Appropriate for - 6 months + babies
1. Mix 2tsp of powder with 120ml of water
2. Cook it on medium flame till porridge thickens while stirring continuously
3. Add fruit purees / jaggery powder / milk powder to enhance taste. Serve warm
