Not Happy with the hamper you have recieved? Recieved the product in damaged condition? Relax. We got you. Its easy to raise Returns with us. Just a few things to note:

1. All Return requests should be raised within 15 calendar days( including weekends) of hamper delivery. If 15 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we wont be able to entertain a refund or exchange request

2. We do not entertain partial return of the hamper. We take extreme care to let our hamper constituents be known to the users at the time of placing an order. We assume that our users our aware of what the hamper contains. Hence, we are unable to entertain partial exchange or return of the hamper.

3. Any damaged deliveries will be made good by us. To raise a request for the same, please drop us an email at support@wonderhood.in with header "Return request" with your contact information. We will reach out immediately to assist you.

4. To be eligible for a return, all hamper products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Reverse Shipping

All returning hampers will have to be shipped by the users at

A-28, Sector 14, Noida-201301.

Once the hamper is recieved by us and undergone inspection, we process the refunds. Shipping costs are non-refundable. .

Refunds

1. All approved refunds will be processed within a span of 14 days from the date of approval. The default mode of refund is in form of store credits. The users can place a request for the refund to be credited back to their original mode of payment.

2. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Gifts

1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
