Return and Cancellation Policy

Not Happy with your product purchase? Received the product in damaged condition? Relax. We got you. Its easy to raise Returns with us. Just a few things to note:

For all individual product purchases

1. All Return requests should be raised within 15 calendar days( including weekends) of product delivery. If 15 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we wont be able to entertain a refund or exchange request.

2. Any damaged deliveries will be made good by us. Please note damaged delivery/product request should be made within 3 calendar days of receiving the shipment

For wonderLearn subscription 

1. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can cancel anytime and the months / boxes for which delivery hasn't been made will be stopped and refund initiated.

2. In case of a cancellation happening within 1 month of purchase the amount charged will be as per the charges of 1 month subscription at the time of purchase. For cancallation beyond 1 months, amount will be calculated on a pro-rated basis. For e.g. If you have subscribed for six month and would like to stop your subscription after using 4 months of the same, any cancellation request made before the 5th month is dispatched, will be accepted. You will be issued a refund of 2 months.

3. We will be unable to accept any return or exchange request on wonderLearn boxes once dispatched and delivered.

 Refunds

1. Once a product is received by us and undergone inspection, we process the refunds. 

2. All approved refunds will be processed within a span of 14 days from the date of approval. 

3. Shipping costs paid (if any) are non-refundable.

2. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@wonderhood.in
